LT268B and LT269 are Uart TFT Controller ICs designed for small size MCU panels. Integrated with Cortex M4 32bit MCU core architecture, LT268B and LT269 can be controlled by the host MCU through Uart interface, and deliver complex contents onto the LCD panel through simple commands. In addition to the high-performance M4 MCU, LT268B and LT269 also provide graphics processing and acceleration functions that can improve the efficiency while displaying pictures/contents to the TFT panel and reduce the time it takes for the host MCU to process for the graphic display. LT268B and LT269 support TFT panels of 3.5" or less, with SPI or 8-bits parallel MCU interface. The supported panel resolution ranges from 320x240 (QVGA) to 480x320 (HVGA),
LT268B and LT269 have an embedded M4 core MCU, with a maximum speed of 150MHz, and contain 508Kbytes Flash, 256Kbytes SRAM. Other than the Uart port, LT268B and LT269 also provide an SPI Flash interface for accessing external SPI Flash that stores pictures, animations, and fonts. Levetop provides development tools (UI_Editor / UI_Emulator) to help developers better design their UI and contents. Developers may utilize these tools to design their UI and verify it directly on the PC. LT268B and LT269 provide more than 70 commands, including picture display, GIF animation, picture loop display, boot screen, progress bar, text string display, QR code, audio play and drawing lines, circles, triangles, and rectangles etc. Benefiting from the high-capacity Flash and SRAM, LT268B and LT269 can even be used as a host MCU.
