Product Description
LT32U03 is a high performance 32bits MCU. It has a Cortex M4 core, with a maximum speed of 150MHz, and contain 508Kbytes Flash memory, 256Kbytes SRAM, and 8Kbytes high speed instruction data sharing Cache. LT32U03 also provides SPI x 3, SCI (Uart) x 3, I2C, PWM, high precision 12bits ADC, DAC output, USB interface, and multiple interrupt inputs  and GPIO pins.

LT32U03 has a powerful Cortex M4 core with IEEE754 compatible single-precision FPU for fast interrupt response. The built-in sleep mode makes low power consumption possible. The embedded 8KB Cache memory module supports group and line commands, as well as write-through and write -back modes, which meets  the USB 2.0 high speed (480Mbps) standard. LT32U03 supports multiple sets of SCI and SPI interfaces, which can be configured to connect to peripheral devices such as Bluetooth, WiFi and other modules. The internal AES/DES algorithm module supports standard encryption and decryption algorithms. Furthermore, the cyclic redundancy check (CRC) module, watchdog module (WDT), and RTC (Real Time Clock) are also available.

LT32U03 possesses excellent computing power and is ideal for mid to high-end  applications such as home appliances, gaming mouse, smart toys, smart lock, electronic instruments, and various electronic products requiring extension modules or USB transmission.
